These guys must be brain dead. After the "embarrasment" of the amateurish window sill (see previous post), THIS is what the CONTRACTOR HIMSELF left as a finsished product. This is the top of the window frame. As soon as I pulled the string on the mini-blind- the whole thing fell down. This is what they did to frame my window that had no sill or frame. I consider this the *illusion* of a frame:
